Georgetown University’s 111 Massachusetts Avenue has undergone a complete transformation, reimagining the building as an academic hub on the forefront of technology, innovation, and education. Located in the heart of Washington D.C., the 325,000GSF facility now serves some of the strongest academic programs in the country as a fully refreshed center for learning.

The building is home to a multitude of top academic programs, such as the School of Continuing Studies, the McDonough School of Business, the Earth Commons Institute, the School of Health, the Berkely School of Nursing, and the executive education programs. Inside, fully refurbished tiered lecture halls, conference rooms, study spaces, collaboration spaces, outdoor seating, office spaces, and breakout rooms now reflect the University’s academic excellence and its proud hilltop legacy, which spans over 150 years.

Located within the McDonough School of Business, this fully reimagined, 65-person tiered lecture hall features audiovisual systems designed by our team, including three expansive video walls spanning the length of the multiple whiteboards. These displays ensure lecture notes and visual content are projected clearly, supporting efficient notetaking and enhancing class engagement. Two mobile confidence monitors, positioned below the front row, face the lecturer to provide seamless access to notes and presentation materials without distracting those present, furthering the fluidity of collaboration between educator and student.

The revitalization of 111 Massachusetts Avenue marks a new chapter in Georgetown University’s longstanding commitment to academic success and innovation. By assisting in the renewal of this space, our team was able to enhance the University’s learning experience while strengthening their mission: preparing the next generation of leaders.
