Antioch College
Health and Wellness Facility

As part of a $15M dollar building and renovation campaign, Antioch College allocated $8M to renovate and reconfigure the former Curl Gymnasium (c. 1928) comprising 44,000 sf of space.

The new Wellness Center is a place for the College and the community to come together to focus on fitness and health. Spacious and filled with natural light, the Center is designed to preserve historic architectural elements of the nearly century old building while incorporating a number of amenities to bring a new sense of purpose and enthusiasm to the facility.

BrightTree Studios designed an audiovisual infrastructure and system to support a high lumen projection system, audio system including microphones, live mixer, patch panel for easy management and the addition of audio and video sources. The system creates a space where a large group can use the technology for watching videos and live presentations in either the studios or additional facilities included in the program.
