SLEEP AND RESPIRATORY CARE INNOVATION CENTER

Philips, a multinational corporation, implemented a relocation plan leading Philips to design its new Pittsburgh Center of Excellence Headquarters, designed to embody the company’s mission of being a health technology company committed to enhancing people’s well-being through meaningful innovation.

The new headquarters highlights a range of amenities tailored to promote constructive collaboration and productivity, including co-working spaces, fully equipped conference rooms, a café, and an aerobics room to encourage employee wellbeing.

The integration of state-of-the-art digital conference and meeting spaces allows for easy collaboration through seamlessly integrated technology. An additional feature of the space is the introduction of Quest rooms, which allow employees to explore and collaborate on innovative ideas. The workspaces are also able to transform into several rooms through the sliding glass barn-style doors. This flexible feature allows for volume control and privacy while still staying close to the rest of the team.

The new Philips Headquarters is a space that supports flexibility and functionality, allowing employees to feel inspired creatively and cultivate collaboration throughout their workdays. Designed with overall well-being in mind, this project contributes greatly to Philip’s mission of striving to make the world healthier and more sustainable through innovation.
