RESPIRATORY CARE CENTER

Renovations have been carried out on the 9th floor of Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Center, modernizing the space to create an ideal environment for the Respiratory Care Services Program. With great attention to detail, the University re-imagined this floor to meet the evolving needs of the program and provide state-of-the-art facilities for students and faculty.

The renovation includes two ultramodern respiratory care simulation laboratories designed to emulate real-world scenarios, which are complemented by two observation rooms used to enhance student learning. The renovation supplies crucial educational spaces that create a hands-on, immersive learning environment. The upgraded laboratory provides supplemental space for students and faculty to collaborate. Students will also have access to a student lounge, providing a space in which students can socialize and study.

Within this space, there are seven office spaces, catering to the needs of both faculty and consultants, ensuring a conducive work environment that promotes productivity and collaboration. The department proudly houses an advanced active learning classroom, complete with multiple flat panels displays equipped with seamless laptop connectivity capabilities.
