Schneider Downs & Company

Since 1956, Schneider Downs & Co., Inc. has been providing accounting, tax and business advisory services to meet the individual needs of their clients. When the company chose to renovate their corporate headquarters, they tapped BrightTree Studios to bring their AV technology systems into the modern era beginning with their two-twin conference rooms. Both were designed and outfitted with user-friendly audiovisual systems including a recessed electric screen, a high-definition projector, and a cable cubby housing both a VGA and HDMI connections.

Three microphones were seamlessly integrated into the conference tables providing greater clarity during calls. LED indicator rings glow green when active and red when muted. This visual indication of the microphone being active or muted is essential during business calls. The entire audiovisual system is easily controlled via a touch panel. With the touch of a single button, the projection screen lowers, the projector is activated, audio is self-adjusted to the appropriate levels, and synched devices will automatically project on-screen. From this same touch panel, Schneider Downs will also be able to dial audio conference calls and even dim the lights.

Once the smaller rooms were complete, BrightTree Studios turned its focus to the main conference room. Designed for video conferencing and to accommodate larger audiences the room uses the same projector, screen, mics and speakers of the smaller rooms with the addition of two 52” LED displays on articulating mounts which can be swiveled and adjusted for all attendees to see.

Lastly, two mobile, 55” interactive LED display carts are available for large and small conference
rooms throughout facility. This interactive display is touch sensitive allowing users to “swipe”, “scroll” and interact with documents while utilizing a web-based videoconferencing applications such as Skype, Google Chat, Lync, etc.
