Eastside III is the final capstone on an ambitious plan to revitalize the heart of the East Liberty neighborhood. Comprising 43,000 SF of mixed-commercial space in addition to 360 units and 550 parking spaces, the final portion of the 15-acre development brings new market-rate housing and a host of amenities to the area including a new pool and fitness center.  Developed in concert with the ambitious multi-modal transit hub, the entire project has set out to redefine the residential experience in one of Pittsburgh’s trendiest communities.

BrightTree Studios was hired to design an AV system that would support the many users operating within the facility: employees, residents, business owners and the many spaces they occupy: communal spaces, activity center, business center, conference facilities, residential units, fitness facility, theatre, pool, etc.

The technology in all spaces focuses on mobility, durability and flexibility. Many of the spaces are designed for multiple uses allowing the owner and occupants to utilize the technology based on numerous furniture layouts, user segments, and event types.
